help with popup alert

    Hi
    i read on the internet how to make a popup box
    and you can see it here
    http://megadl.info and click the "Click Here for slots alerter"

    you will see Download Slots: 40/40 Full! on the box.
    how do i make the box popup on the screen again if the 40/40 Full! changes to
    x/40 ?
