Help with PHPLD theme Please

    Hi I just got my site up online
    However I have no idea about coding and design and was hoping someone could tell me how to solve this
    www.biztalkforum.com is the LD

    you will notice the directory looks a bit funny- Looks like small POP-up windows all over

    any help how to remove this
