Hey thats a very nice site, so have you changed the dns? If so, it can take a while to transfer to another server.

From what I gather you have bought a new site and are trying to get it working on your server. What is it that you have done? & when did you put a request through for it to be transferred?

The name servers have already propigated. I changed them last night and i am seeing changes on the site that i am making on my server. If you go to www.tutorialcollection.com/photoshop

click on effects and you will see i am getting a page error. I know very little about php and am having a hard time troubleshooting.

Look in root of your website (or in forlder /tutorial etc depends how was configured) there must be a file called .htaccess make sure is there , sometimes when copying files to another server .htaccess is not copied especially in windows .

The first htaccess file only had...

    [ISAPI_Rewrite]

    RewriteRule /(.*)-(.*)\.html /tutorial/\?title=$1&id=$2 [I,L]

    RewriteRule /latest_tutorials_(.*)\.html /latest.php\?page=$1 [I,L]

    RewriteRule /top_all_time_(.*)\.html /topviews/alltime/\?page=$1 [I,L]

But neither file was labled .htaccess only htaccess without the dot in front.
