Help with photoshop to create splash screen

    I am making project in vb.net, Project title is HRD Management (Human Resource Management).

    I want splash screen for it, dimension of screen form is 675 x 450

    plz help me

    I would prefer Blue color

    What kind of help are you talking about...
    Google photoshop tutorials and you get plenty of tricks which can be used for splash screens..
