Help with paypal

    sorry if I posted this in the wrong forums but i need help.

    Ok Im having trouble with my paypal account . I have 150$ it , and Its limited its says the things to do unlimit which is change password .

    Then it says to add a bank account , and confirm location .

    So i tried adding my creditcard but when I tried to it says its limited .. so then I tried to add my bank account but when I tried it says its limited ... and the way too unlimit it is to do those things which i cant cause it says its limited >.<

    Does anyone know how to fix this problem please help.

    You haven't specified which type of PAYPAL account you have (Personal, Premium, Business). In any case after you register you have to give you credit card no. and in your CC statement you get a unique confirmation id which confirms paypal your location and after that you need to setup your bank account to transfer or receive money. You can always contact PAYPAL customer service though they are slow in reply but they will show you what is wrong :)

    Paypal gives you very specific instructions on how to verify your accounts, whether its a cc or a bank account. They usually dont restrict you from verifying - I would call them on the phone, I think they even have live chat.

    thanks for the help so far . but those are the directions , to add a creditcard and when I tried it says "you cannot because your account is limited" . then I tried adding my bank account it said " you cannot because your account is limited" I sent them an email yesterday with my problem but no response yet. also I called there support but all I got to talk to was a machine which was really annoying. But mean time can you guys keep giving me suggestions

    and btw it is a premier account.

    The best option would be to fax a copy of your bank statement and credit card account to the Fax number listed in the Resolution Center with the fax header. Alternatively, you can call them to clarify the situation.
