Help with paypal !

    I dont have a credit card or a debit card added to paypal ! i have not verified my account !

    i got to send someone a payment of 14 $ can i send ?

    bcoz my bank sux ! it doesnot accept my cc !... will enter a new cc number soon but till then ? .. i have got 19 $ i got to ssend 14 can i ?

    If you have indian unverified paypal account then you can send $100 from that account for lifetime.
