    Hello,

I have a couple of sales a day on a product that has a British Pounds sale price.
My Paypal account's default currency is Canadian dollars.

As soon as I opened the account and had a couple of sales my Account balance of course got converted to Canadian dollars.

Within the first couple of days I wanted to refund a customer that claimed the product didnt help them. I issue a refund on the transaction and I notice that Paypal has to pay back in British Pounds. Makes sense !
I see the entry for the conversion from the (now) Canadian to British Pounds.
But then I see a new entry to take the money out of my bank account !!

Why is that? I have enough on my balance to cover the refund, why not take it out from my paypal account and convert to British pounds ?

Anyone has dealt with this before ?

    Thank you in advance !
    -S

You should enable the support for those two currencies, that way you don't have to convert them every time you send/receive it, that will also save you conversion fee.
