Help with paypal Claim Problem with seller.

    Hello DP i need someone help with experience on paypal claim problem ,
    i got a problem with a seller in digital goods and idk if paypal protect buyer on digital goods service, if any one can help please PM me.

    No, PayPal does not protect the buyer for digital goods.

    Thanks for your replay on thread.
    In one website i make order for icloud unlock and i contact with them on skype , whats app but at last the seller was scammer. I open a ticket on paypal and sent them all conversation with that person with photo.. Idk if this was good idea..
