Hello friends.. i'm new here. Last few month, i have subscribe a premium account from Hotfile.com. But, i notice that i have not use it much this month. I decide to unsubscribe it for the moment until i feel free to download what i want when i'm not busy. The problem is paypal is automatically deduct money from my debit card event thou i don't want to pay for that month since i don't to use it. How to stop this from it continue to deduct from my debit card other than telling my debit card company and block it.
You need to cancel the subscription payment on your Paypal account for the automatic deduction to stop. Just click on the details of the last payment done to them on your transaction page and therein you will have the option to go to 'pre-approved payments plan' page. Go to this page and cancel the subscription! Regards, RightMan
Go to the History subtab of the My Account tab, choose the Subscriptions field from the Show drop-down menu, and click the Submit button. Click on the link in the Status column to view the Subscription Details, and click the Cancel button on the Subscription Details page.
