Hi, I've got a problem I'm hoping you can help with I've got a list of people to send an email to and I've got a newsletter already put nicely into HTML I was hoping to use Outlook and Excel to send out emails using the mail merge technique to make sure they are personalized for the person in question. I have two questions: 1) is this possible with existing HTML documents not created in word (most of the guides I have read say that it needs to be done through word 2) Is there any chance that the HTML won't show up at all, would I be better working through Thunderbird?
