Help with osCommerce Store Configuration

    I have installed a new (now edited) osCommerce store and applied a purchased template to it. It seems to be functioning correctly, but I am not sure how to configure the Zones, Tax Zones, Shipping, and Paypal.

    I'm thinking it is a simple fix that someone familiar with osCommerce would see right away.
