Help with notification

My 18 year old grand daughter who has a disability she will never walk but very intelligent has used Twitter for many years for last few weeks She can post online but her tweets to followers don't show up in there mentions for 24 hours then it comes back on and shows up then after being ok for 24 hours it goes off again then have to wait for another 24 hours to come back on and it's been repetitive on and off for few weeks She can't open a new account as She has celebrity followers she is getting very upset by this as she is avid Twitter user can anyone help Twitter do not answer

 

Twitter notifications are email updates that Twitter sends you to keep you informed of activities that involve you on Twitter, such as messages you receive from other Twitter users, or instances in which you are mentioned by your Twitter username. Try to use setting for your needs!

 

It's the actual tweet that's not going in to there mentions! When she tags someone in a tweet it's not going in there mentions

 

Twitter won't let you to get notification. If you want to get notification for your tweets, mentions, retweets and favorite, you have to use notification app. For iOS, there is an app called NC twitter widget notification center app regarding android app am not sure about that.
