Help with no follow in blogger

Hello - I followed nearly every set of instructions for taking no follow off my blog and my browser still says my comments are not following - would someone familiar with blogger be willing to look at my blog and tell me if they see what I may still need to do? Please PM me for address - thanks!!

 

Put the following code in the WordPress file my-hacks.php. It will remove the nofollow directive for both links in comments and to the author’s home page.

 

Thanks for the code - how do I do this on a blogspot blog?
