Help with Network Solution support not responding

Please help me. We have our ecommerce website at Network Solutions, and we are losing thousands in sales each day because we can't get their Support department to respond in any meaningful way. They were recently bought by Web.com, and so that might be part of the problem, but when we created support tickets explaining that the admin panel was down, they sent a cut-and-paste response that we should launch the admin panel and initiate a chat session. If we call the main support line for Network Solutions and create a ticket that way, they tell us it will be 24 to 48 hours before someone responds. Does anyone know how to get real help at Network Solutions? Thanks. We are desperate.

Stay away from godaddy and any other hosting company who's primary business model is not specifically hosting as well...

Since you are losing so much your best option is to call them up and talk to them about your situation. Tell them that this is costing you money and that something needs to be done right away or you will have no choice but to find another provider.

Hopefully that will get them to put a rush on things. Then after you get the issue fixed start looking at moving to another provider and leave before it happens again. (Don't tell them you are going to move anyway)
