    Hello everyone!

I sold virtual goods for a man, the deal was sucessfull, i have the skype conversation about it. But after a week he claimed back his money according "unauthorized activity". Everyone knows that this is the way of official scamming. The deal was about 180$. After i sent my evidences, its about 3 pictures + i suggest paypal to check his IP , and the man's other deals, maybe this wasnt his first time, they refused it, and so on i left the account. After 36 days they keep messaging me, and now they started threaten me with

" If you do not restore your negative balance today, your account could be sent to an outside Collection Agency for further action. "

sadly i gave all the real data on my account. Should i contact them and give a second shot maybe now they act differenc. Or leave it alone they wont come to Hungary for a 180$ fakedebt. Or consult with my Bank Manager. Im ready to fight my thruth, but if they have deaf ears....

Virtual goods aren't protected by Paypal. I don't think you have much of a recourse should they take action. But I guess you are right. I doubt they will come to Hungary for $180.

No one is going to come for you, especially if you are in a different country. As per the truth - sue them. Seriously. You won't get anything from them by just talking.

You can, but I doubt it'll change anything.

If you are going to stop using that paypal account you can ask from the bank manager to stop payments into paypal. As I know there is no system in paypal to automatically fill the minus balance from your bank account.

I've had some decent success giving them a call and fixing stuff like this. Definitely try calling customer service first. Otherwise I would take the other party to small claims court. Not sure how that works in Hungary.
