Help with MySQL query

    Hi folks,

    I was wondering if anyone could help me with a query please?

    I've recently upgraded my vbulletin forum from 3.8 to 4.2. I lost the 'thanks' count for each member and I would like to get them back. My last 3.8 backup has the old thanks counts. My new 4.2 database has the same columns in the user table so in theory I should be able to insert the data from the old database.

    Both databases have the same username and password, just for convenience really, thought it would make it easier to connect to the two databases at the same time.

    Any help would be great. [​IMG]

    Fetch username and Thanks from 3.8 and then upload the thanks into 4.2 database table with matching username .Since there would be new members , ignore such cases
