Help With My Weird Search Results

What does it mean when I check my sitemeter stats and see a lot of referring urls that point to "my own domain" and not a search results keyword?

    Like this sample: www.www.com/moreinfo

Each referring url has a different ip address and location. Does this mean a visitor just went to another pageview after their initial visit to my site?

It's like I have a lot of these type of referring urls pointing to my own domain.

It does sound logical that people would navigate from one page on your site to the next - I don't get what the problem is.

    Hello pedia7,

What kind of stats or analytics program are you using? Different programs use different methods of tracking, so if I can know what program or package you are using, I can probably tell you why you are seeing that.

EDIT: Well, I can see now that you say you are using Site Meter. I am unfamiliar with that package, but here are two things I would recommend:

    1. Contact Site Meter and have them tell you why this is displaying in this manner. They should be able to tell you that.
    2. Upgrade to a better solution, such as Google Analytics, which is free and providers much better tracking than pretty much any other free or paid solution out there.
