first find some relevant websites for link exchange...try to get more pages indexed in google and other SEs.

 

you need rewrite your url like this mysite.com/funny-game.html not mysite.com/file.php....

 

At first glance: Your page titles need some work, they are too short and especially the first part is always the same, make them more unique and spice them up, same goes for your meta descriptions (either make them unique or get rid of the meta description which is still better than always using the same)....and build links, links and more links to your site.

 

what you need,
1. pay a good web designer for unique arcade template (almost arcade site uses this script has the same looks, new visitor might leave because the impression was "this is the same old site i visit before")
2. Keyword Research, find a keyword on your niche that generate traffic
3. Optimize your page with the chosen keywords
4. Do link building such as, blog posting, bookmarks, article submission, link exchange, etc

 

You need to optimise your flash, by making W3C compliant and adding keywords in the code you use to embed the flash.

 

Google is improving their way to index flash file, it has ability to extract links from flash files, try out to build links from games sites, it will help you in ranking.

Fix your metas and titles. It needs an on page optimization, putting keywords in your pages and metas would help your site to rank up in search results. IMO, another domain name would be better than your present.

 

check all meta tags, if ur site have noscript tag then remove it, Google don't like it. do social bookmarking like Digg, stumble for instant cacheing

 

I would start by getting link exchanges. That's how I started my arcade site and it worked pretty good.
