help with my signature settings

I've met all the criteria for being able to create a signature but it won't allow me to create a HTML signature, it says that "HTML is off" Anyone know how I can change this. I've made more posts that others who have a recognised HTML signature but my profile won't allow it. Can anyone help?

 

You can't use html. You must use bb code.
