I need to find a way to get this forum out to the world. Its dedicated to freelancers who do jobs on the internet. From post, writing, advirtising, i have it all on this forum and other general stuff. But i cant seem to get anyone to join and be active. I have it listed in a autosurf thanks to my friends but it has not helped recently. Does anyone have any tips for getting my forum active? PS: My forum is http://freelance.14.forumer.com/ Thanks
Yes, you should submit your forum to proper directories in a category relating about your website! And after make some link trading with other forums for instance, But a forum is very hard to start, some never got out of the cage.
I agree with Irka. I might also add, I checked out your forums and might suggest adding/changing some of your forums to make them more desirable for repeat visitors. The way it looks now, it seems like a bulletin board. You have to ask yourself, "Where will the regulars hang out?" Just my 2 cents!
