Help with my design : IE

This is my blog/directory eusko.org , is working in firefox but not in internet explorer and opera, can someone help me fix this problem ?

 

I check out your source code and it seemed alright, it may be a problem with your css stylesheet.

how would that be the problem? css only manages the graphics part, not the content of a website...if css was the problem it would still show the text, and the header would be gone too.
