   Hello,
   
   I am creating a upload site and psd files are uploaded to http://psd.example.com/
   The files names would be like (eg: 1356307710_slicer_small.psd(or (0-9)_(0-9-a-z-A-Z-_).psd))
   
   I want to be able to go http://psd.example.com/1356307710/slicer_small.psd (or http://psd.example.com/(0-9)/0-9-a-z-A-Z-_.psd)

   And the URL would get me to:
   a) html page where I could click the button and get PSD
   b) downloading of acctual PSD starts
