Help with modification of WP template - Hire or not to hire ?

    I want to ask you guys what do you think I should do . I want to create a website that is about a specific product . So I would like to take a wordpress template and modify it so that the product is integrated in the design , also amazon and adsense blended in the design .

    Should I hire somebody to code a template from scratch or someone can just easily modify an existing one ?

    What should I do ?
