Help with Meta tag...somethings wrong.

My site has been up and running for about three weeks now and I did a Meta Tag Analysis today and it came back with this:

Warning: Our analysis did not find a server supplied HEADER Charset or a Meta Charset Tag which is now a recommended element of Web page design. We suggest you insert this Meta Tag before submitting to any robot type search engine.

This is my first website so I'm not quite sure what to do to fix this problem. I noticed that after doing a google search my webpage came up but this is how it came up:

Index of /
Index of / .smileys/ .wysiwygPro_edit_6ef0f76147824fe4b6d5256aad9283f0.php .wysiwygPro_edit_9a603b3937a2e2caae4e879ac284ef05.php . ...
dressmeupandshootme.com/ - 3k - Cached - Similar pages -

The website is htp://dressmeupandshootme.com. I've inserted some back links to directories I've submitted my url to, could this have something to do with it? Thanks for your help.

Oh yeah, another problem I'm having is with the photo on the main page. When you click the photo it is supposed to enlarge with the lightbox effect like all the other photos on the website but it tells me javascript is disabled. Could anyone possibly know why only this one photo is like that. Once again thanks for the replies.

Make your meta part as easy as you can. Do not worry about HTML tags....Simple use these.

<Meta name= "keywords” content= ” ”>

<Meta name = "Title” content= “ ”>

<Meta name=”Description” content=” ”>

Now put your text within double quotes only.

ravi246 I just went into my Cpanel and changed the meta portion exactly as you said and now my front page when viewed online has this at the top; <script type=" text="" javascript="" src="Resources/mootools_suite111.js"> and when viewing page source for title content; <Meta name = "TITLE” content= “Dress me up and shoot me”>
Now I feel like I've really made a mess....help please.

I luckily had the information saved in text edit so I just deleted and pasted the original back in place....so now I'm back at square one with my original post.

well it shows that google bot cached your website on 25 march. There is a possibility that your website was down at the time the bot visits it. wait for the next cache update.

moreover your meta tags are ok . check here
