I started a new blog tonight, and I am wondering what you guys think would be the best way to market my site to get more visitors? I was also wondering what types ads I should go with? I choose some ads from a affilaite site that I use, but I am not sure how much marijuana and free movies go hand in hand. So what do you guys think?
Here we go . take any good ebook on traffic and start implementing it. Then see which one works for you and which one doesnt . Then weed off loosers and introduce new tactics. You can use 1)article marketing - create articles and submit it to article directories 2)Kick start a controversy in your niche and then bookmark it . (People love to yell) 3)JV with other webmasters. You probably want to do JV with someone who got huge list . This will bring you hoards of traffic. 4)Find forums and start advertising in it. 5)Create squidoo , hub pages targetting proper keywords. You must be thinking 2 things at this time 1) Will this work? yes this works 2) Is this too much hard work? sort of , if you outsource it , then no . If you do it yourself, yes. But it will reap sweet fruits later on.
