Okay high im new here i found this website and thought it would be the best place to ask my questions. I have an idea and have the ,money what i need is the hosting, domain and the programming skills. i was think of using this host called justhost.com. When you sign up to them they give a free download of a free website maker thingy called Joomla (i think thats spelt right?) Now my first question is it a good powerfl software that could allow me to do alot of customization and make my site look professianal or should i use something like Dreamweaver instead. Also i want to do a shared revenue type thing. How can I make it so that everytime someone clicks and ad on their tut, gallery pic, page whatever and they get lets say a point on their account then at the end of the month they can check out their for like 10 cents each depending on how much ads pay. Also can i make it automatically take from my paypal account and how can i make it hackerproof. is this all possible to do as an amateur also im 15.
