Help with limited account on paypal (i will pay you)

My account has been limited on paypal

I am under 18 years old so i do not have a credit card

paypal is asking for me to put in my credit card information

is there any other way of getting around this

I am willing to pay somebody to help me with this

 

I am pretty sure that would not be the thing Paypal would be asking for your account has been limited. CC only controls your Send/Receive Limits, it has nothing else to do with your account. If your account has really been limited, it could be due to 2 Flaws.

1. You are accessing Paypal from a Country which is not in its list.
2. You have used Wrong Info to Register.

For the First one, you cannot do much. You'll have to prove your identity to them by sending them your Bills and stuff along with ID Card, so that they remove the limit, which obviously you cannot do. So your account is kinda Jammed.

If you have done something relavent to the 2nd Flaw, then you can correct that Info from your Paypal. Hopefully your account would be restored.

Sam, buy a virtual credit card and get your account verified... there are a lot of vcc sellers in the BST area here on DP. Find someone reliable with some decent rep, buy a vcc and presto, your account is working again. But if you need to add BOTH a bank account and a credit card (which i think is unlikely), I'm not sure you can do much about it.

Shame... I don't think many people would readily help you without seeing some cash upfront. You could open up a fresh account with PP (which I don't condone; this is only an idea), do some work as your signature suggests you're willing to, then use that money to get a VCC.

This sounds sort of long-winded but it's actually very simple.

Who will buy a Limited PayPal Account ??? I'll agree with godofwriting, that's the best way you can get your problem solved.

 

If somebody bought it could they not just change the information and add there bank account and credit card???

 

There is more than just adding a bank account and credit card...there are IP issues.

you should be aware of IP and web browser issue, it's important, if you are doing the wrong ways, your PP will be limited many times.
