help with ipower

    i have buyed hosting package at ipower.after some days i was not interested in their service so i asked for refund.i have paid them $100.40.they have refunded only $95.40. where the $5 gone?

    They may have a prorated refund and refunded you what you did not use.. You need to ask them about this,, just be thankful that you got most of it back..

    You should be happy that you got 95 back. Some companies don't offer anything back. They probably charged you for the service you used or maybe paypal fees?
