    In other words, you want someone to copy someone else's site for you?

    You have a site on crappy free hosting and an even crappier free domain and you expect someone to copy a successful site's skin for you?

    I almost sued a kid for stealing a template from me. Try to NOT do this. You'll get caught and I pray to god someone will make you pay for the theft. Understand once and for all that a design IS NOT yours, even if you like it. And most of the time, the designers are not pleased to see their creations on other sites.
