You should probably start with something that looks like valid code. The validator can't even run validation on it. All it can do is try to parse it and then it gets 81 parsing errors. So you don't have anything to work with but a load of trash that looks like there was some kind of attempt at coding. Trying to apply anything to a page that even the validator can't parse is a total waste of time. There is not even a valid structure to try and do layout.
Yes generally when you have a hacked up; mess there will be yet another hack that can be added to make the page even more of a trash heap. At some point it will just melt down into a pool of goo.
