Help with image gallery

    Hello,
    I was wondering if someone could help me with adding an image counter to this
    gallery. http://tympanus.net/Tutorials/ResponsiveImageGallery/
    something like image 2 of 16
    I'm guessing i have to tweak this file
    http://tympanus.net/Tutorials/ResponsiveImageGallery/js/gallery.js
    I'm making my website responsive and like this gallery except I need a counter.

    The site is already built using modx evolution. I am using malsup cycle. Can't get it to be responsive.

    use wordpress.org
    wordress have many responsive & Fluid Themes....
