help with .htaccess

i'm trying to seo friendly of my urls but something is going wrong

and my .htaccess code:

all urls has been re wrote but they are not targeting the destination

its still giving me 404 not found error =(, and also its not showing the correct urls , check the browse genre area and hover mouse on any link you will see the url text is different and url is showing from one inner level of that category.

 

anyone??????
