Help with how to add user-based function to my site

How do I create a function on my website to allow people to create their own pages under my domain?

Explanation: I have decided I would like to add a function to my website which allows users to create their own pages to advertise their child care business. This could be text related with some small images. My domain is currently www.atoz-childcare-directory.com so basically if a user would create their own page it would be something like http://www.atoz-childcare-directory/ABCDaycare.html or ABCDaycare.atoz-childcare-directory.com.

Thanks, Kerosene! That option looks like it would work for what I want to do and it might be something that would interest my visitors. I'm still open to other ideas if anyone else has any.
