    I've had a quick look at the source of the home page and don't see any obvious vectors, however it looks like its the domain that's flagged rather than a page.

    Had a quick look at a couple of the pages, and don't see anything obvious but since the site is rather not safe for work I've not really probed.

    The normal way this can happen are javascript includes from other sites such as web counters, advert banners etc but you dont seem to have any of those.

    I had the problem on a number of sites. Any site that has a PR3 or greater is in danger of being hacked, because they want the PR. so you then have Malware. We wrote the software in my signature to combat it. And it is beautiful!! You will get an email if you are hacked, and you can fix before Google bans.
