My website has just been accepted by Google News and I need to create a Google News Sitemap. See: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=42738 I really don't have any clue how to do this. I am looking for someone who can do this for me. I am happy to pay reasonable fees to get it working.
