    Hello;

    I need some advice converting my designs from photoshop to freehand for offset printing.
    I do all my work in photoshop, but the guys at the printing press say it's a pain to work with that and that they would prefer a freehand document.

    I took a sample and saved it in CMYK, opened it in Freehand and saved it as as FH10 file. Later, I tried opening the freehand file and it wouldn't open unless I had the photoshop document available.

    Can anyone offer some advice?

    Thanks.

    I guess it may be due to the image link problem...
    Make sure the image is properly embedded in the file. (FreeHand: Edit > Links > Embed)

    Regards
