Help with Free PHP Directory Script

I am using the free version of the "Free PHP Directory Script" offered by Biz Directory. I have started a small directory (don't laugh, it's for Dr. Quinn websites):

What I was wondering is if it's possible with the free version to put the numbers in parentheses after each category to show the number of links/subcategories in each one. And if it's possible could you share the code and where I need to insert it?

Also is there a way to control the width so that it doesn't expand if you resize your browser width?

you may want to add 'mysql_num_rows' next to the link

 

May not be as simple as that.

 

Yeah, it is pretty simple, but on another note, I believe modifying the code is against the TOS for the free version.

i want a free directory where i can upload logos and also when someone wants to contact a company, i get acopy of the email

 

dude, amazingly, we are using the fame thing, i think we can share some ideas oh how we can make a big one.
Anyway me the problem is i want to be able to upload company logo and email.
