Help With Formatting an Article To Get backlinks

I have a couple of quick questions about the best way to use article submissions to get backlinks

When including links in my articles, should I be formatting them with html ( like <a href="my link">my link</a> )?

Should I just include one link as my 'signature' or is it acceptable to include links in the body of the main article?

On Certain Article Submission Sites - What is the Author Resource box for?

    Thanks for any help

    Chris.

You can reference links to your site inside the body of the article.
It's the best to anchor your site (<a href="your link">title</a>).

don't put links inside article body, many sites don't accpet articles with links inside article body
