About 1 month ago the forgot password facility stopped working. hosting.com say that my Access database needs compacting, clear any errors (but the database seems to work fine foreverything else) The problem reported is "Mail send failure. Error was 554 5.5.2 No valid recipients " The error message is received as soon as the user submits their email to have the password sent to them. I will pay on success for someone to fix the problem ... ftp access cannot be provided but I will upload any changes pages etc.
