Help with Facebook PHP Stuff!

So Basically I'm hosting a facebook application! (you can find here) I've installed it all, added the things you would expect database, create the application on Facebook.

But one problem remains!

Whenever I go on Facebook and click the application sometimes the "Run The Test" button does not work and it says:

The URL http://facebook.talk4cash.comruntest.php did not respond.
There are still a few bugs on Facebook and the makers of The One And Only Memory Test. are trying to sort them out. We appreciate your patience as we try to fix these issues. Your problem has been logged - if it persists, please come back in a few days. Thanks!

I don't know how to stop this problem? as that is a fake URL? any ideas?
