I'm sorry to say so, but I don't see any other way than to open a new Facebook account. As for Yahoo – lately Yahoo has been infested with hackers. Therefore I strongly recommend you to open an email account in gmail which is more secure. By the way, do you want to use Facebook for personal online social interaction, or do you want to use it for your business?

I don't think you can get back your username and password, if you just lost the password, you may get it back, but for username, it's impossible I think. I suggest you open a new account.

    Best wishes!

There must be a way to retrieve your yahoo id. I think yahoo will ask you a secret question that you answered when you registered in yahoo.
