    It's pretty easy. Just go to a user's page on Digg, and click the Add Friend button.

    Or if you need a lot of friends, google the phrase "digg friend finder" and you'll learn a lot.

    Search people on Digg with similar ideas or business. Also you should join twitter and start following some people with like interest...then let them know that you are also on DIGG
