    Hi,

I'm a webdesigner and while I've worked a lot with mp3s, I really don't know much about video, and I'm completely stumped as to what to do.

My client, an author, sent me an hour-long DVD, of him giving a reading. It was recorded by a local TV station. He sent me the DVD and asked me to put it on his website.

I need to convert the show on the DVD into a format that can be viewed on the web.

I don't know what to do that. In the DVD folder, there are many files:
    VIDEO_TS.BUP
    VIDEO_TS.VOB
    VTS_01_0.IFO
    VTS_01_0.BUP
    VTS_01_1.VOB
    VTS_01_2.VOB
    VTS_01_3.VOB
    VTS_01_4.VOB

I don't have a clue as to what these all are - there's only one program on the DVD, not many.

This is so different than with audio, where 1 audio file = 1 song. Apparently 8 video files = 1 video?

So the question is, how do I get all these files into one file so I can post it on the web?

    Thanks for helping a newbie!

    all best,
    Denise

Try Moyea DVD to Flash converter. It can help you convert DVD to SWF with the video content. Then with the file like this, you can realize your idea.
