Help with Command Prompt

    I need someone who can tell me how to turn off firewall from Command Prompt. I need it for proggraming in C...Who tells me will got +rep.

    Agreed, knowing which OS/firewall would be helpful.

    If you mean Windows XP and the windows firewall, you can turn it off via the console by using

    
    netsh firewall set opmode disable

    You can also use netsh to add and remove access restrictions to the firewall.
