If it says that it has been refunded, then unfortunately, you're not getting the money. Keep on promoting and you'll be able to make more sales

If the person has chosen to get a refund then there is nothing really
that you can do to get that money back.

On the other hand if you were building a list and send your subscribers
from that list through then you could email that individual who wanted a
refund and make them an offer they couldn't refuse.

If the customer makes a purchase, and he's not happy with the purchase, he can refund his order, meaning, Clickbank will give him back the money he paid for the product, and that includes your part of the commission for the particular sale.

Seems like you are SOL. It has happened to all of us. If you notice that a particular product has a high redemption rate, then move on to another product.

In all my Clickbank promotions I've never had a product go above a 1% refund rate. I can live with that. It's just part of the deal. Get used to the fact that occasionally there will be a claw back from your commissions. It's like paying the rent!

A refund is a refund, no way to get the money back. Maybe the product was just one of the many crappy products available at clickbank, or maybe the buyer was just dishonest.

    Keep on promoting man.
