Help with clickbank- Reporting Screen- Have money but did not get paid yet???

Ok...I tried reading the help but dont understand anything at all. I gave you a screen shot of my clickbank account. Ihave money from sept and oct..but still no check in the mail. I am not sure how to read this screen. Can someone help me. Assist me please. Break this down for me so I understand this better???

Im not sure if I met it or not. Not sure what I need to do to meet it. They have all my payment info...w/ social security number...Was trying to do direct deposit but wont let me set that up. Now I know there is something to meet for that.

 

You need to learn how to read the rules. You need at least 5 sales through different methods (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, etc) before Clickbank pays you. Looks to me like you have 2 sales. You wont be getting payment anytime soon unless you make more sales.

You haven't met the Customer Distribution Requirement (CDR). Look it up. You need like 5 sales from 5 difference credit cards to be paid

 

I have problem too with CB on one of my account that send me check the check doesn't arrive yet and the others account that send me check on the same date the check arrived. what to do?
