    Hi,
I need a software that can be used to add a watermark and credits to a video.
The watermark and the credits are always the same, so I need something that will allow me to create a macro that will automatically add the watermark+credits and render the video.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    anions

I use Camtasia for my videos, you can add a watermark and credits, you can also use a production preset after you make your first video since the credits are always the same it will save you some time. There are also some free editing software but if you are serious I would go with camtasia, or adobe also has some great video editing software. Hope this helps

Can Windows Movie Maker accomplish all of this?

I played with camtasia for quite a while, but I just couldnt get the watermark done with a caption. I even created a preset production but for one reason or another, it didnt worked out. My conclusion is that the software (camtasia studio) shouldnt be used for anything other than creating video presentations - its not a good editing software.

I'm taking a look into virtualdubmod and video watermark now, thanks for the suggestions :)

watermarking with camtasia is pretty easy you only need to save it and camtasia will ask you if you want to add a watermark then select your own logo whatever and click done or something equal.

    I would go for camtasia!

If you are looking full blown stable and user friendly Video editing application try Sony Vegas. On the other hand if you are just looking for watermarking your edited/raw footage Vegas would be overkill.

I use ULead Video Studio. I know it is not as loaded with the bells and whistles that the real high end softwares are but it works well. It gives you a good sort of editing options, a ton of format (ani, wmv, mpg, etc) options.
