Not sure if this can be done, but I was wondering if any one can tell me if it is possible to capture my cutomers name and phone number on our check out page. About 75% of my visitors to my check out page leave with out buying. I would like to see if I can have my first two fields be Name & phone number. Once they put that into those fields I would like the computer to capture that. That way if they abonden that cart I could call them back to see if I can assist them. Is this possible and does anyone know how I can do this. Thanks Keith

yes, it is possible. If it is in your site, you can add codes on the form to capture the datas. I once knew a friend doing this before. But its better to hire a programmer to do this. You can outsource to save less.
