help with brining elements together

    Hey everyone,

    I just needed some basic help with brining together my banner and bg image. If this works! just go to index copy & paste

    C:\Users\1 Owner\Desktop\CIS115\final_project

    this is for my web dev class. I know, i know I'm too lazy to look in the book right now. anyways not sure if it will work either way
