I want my website to appear on Page 1 of Google non stop for the phrase "picture frames" till my balance runs out. Any idea what settings this requires? Basically I just want Google to show my ads non stop on Page 1 till my funds are exhausted. Thanks.
If you don't care about how much that keyword costs, than under settings for that campaign, you have to enable position preference. Go to the keywords tab and find that keyword and change the position preference from 1 to 1. Once you do that no matter what how much they keyword bid is at, you will always be on position 1.
